Brother what to do if I got dynamic IP address? Is there any solution with NOIP or ddns. Please help me out with this I got cctv camera which I want to see outside the network.

Brother, it is difficult for dynamic IP. Because the router wouldn't know which IP to forward. It is better if you exclude server, cctv IP from DHCP lease or you may fix IP for those devices from DHCP MAC binding. So your server or cctv will get the same IP always.

Techie LAB I meant I got dynamic ip at WAN side. Its quite costly to get static public IP. I found some tutorials with noip ddns but quite confusing as I dont have experience with scripts. Please help me out with thisb

Yes you can. Just setup your FTP server and connect to a different interface in your router. LAN user can access to your FTP movie server this way. You can also limit FTP movie server BW from queue by creating a PCQ.
