Yo-yo Ma is a great American cellist. Last year he worked in a strings quarter which released an amazing album called Not our first goat rodeo - yes, I'm trying to convince you to check it out, not on the channel, but in general because I love him and the CD has not only instrumental songs. Anyway, what a cover! Her voice is amazing and unique; Miley is insanely talented and passionate - you can dislike her music, but must appreciate how she sings. Johnny knows I really like this cover but when it came out I told him I strongly prefers the original version cause I couldn't feel the drama, its heaviness not from the musical point of you, but emotionally. Well, the more I listen to this ones, the more I guess I was wrong.

I've never seen you guys before, but I absolutely LOVE the way you play off each other! Your chemistry is *so* funny; it reminds me strongly of my best friend and I. Okay, so, I'm just as big of a fan of classical music as rock, and I can tell you that Yo Yo Ma is basically the world's most famous and talented cellist. That's his cello playing you hear in the "violin" parts of this track. Honestly, he's SO big in the classical space, I was more shocked and thrilled that freaking YO YO MA was on this track than I was about Elton John!! And Elton IS a god! Also, I wasn't even a fan of Miley's before Midnight Sky and this cover! Her voice surgery made her voice *perfect* for rock. Okay one more thing, because I know you'll probably never read down this far: as a 22-year-old chick, I have to say, Nathan you are *exactly* my type. Good GOD you're attractive. I'd be lying if I denied that I checked for a ring 🙈😂👀

New to #MileyCyrus (hopefully written right). Had thought, only #Anastacia would be worth listen to, of all those #LadyGaga generation type of singers. Probably #Rihanna. Fiddle, piano, nice adaption to classical instruments. The video is also impressive, not a masterpiece perhaps, but telling a story with strong colours. Really love it.
