I've found the best mags for the CZ Scorpion, is Magpul's...because they drop out of the mag well. When you engage the mag release. I should note, I have 12 Magpul's and all mags drop freely. But only tried these magazines in my Scorpion. Perhaps other Scorpion owners that use Magpul can chime in on their accounts using Magpul's. Other mags do work well, just don't always drop freely.

I second this motion. Magpul mags are awesome. Sooo easy to load. Although CZ mags, 30 and 20 rds, drop out no problem from mine as well I prefer magpul. They are just better. And magpul magazine release goes great with that. Although I am not sure what great aftermarket support for the Evo he was on about. There's only a handful of options, I know of only one replacement trigger group... I won't even compare it to AR9 aftermarket, that would just be cruel.

After being a rabid Evo 3 S1 shooter for years, I've recently started to question its supremacy. Don't get me wrong- It's a spectacular combination of performance and value, with accuracy that, to this day, after almost 5 years of ownership, still leaves me jaw dropped. However, after watching this video... and doing some research, I was totally sold on the B&T APC9 Pro... After finally putting my hands on one, I have to say, it lives up to every claim made on this channel. Handling it has made me realize that the Swiss are indeed, the top firearms manufacturers in the world. The tolerances, fit and finish are literally second to none. I never imagined that any modern PCC would knock the SP5/MP5 off its throne... But, I think the APC9 Pro does. Of course, I'd be lying if I said the price point of both the gun and its accessories weren't eye opening (to say the least). Still, it is a solid case of "you get what you pay for" "buy once; cry once", etc. Recently I've heard you using the phrase "heirloom piece" or "heirloom quality" in evaluating different firearms. The APC9 Pro is, without a doubt, an "Heirloom piece" that is worthy of a high end collection.

Just one correction: that's the KP-9, not the KR-9. The KR-9 has the rifle length (16 inch) barrel, whereas this (the KP-9) has the 9.25 inch barrel. You can get it with the triangle stock from the factory (KP-9 SBR), or add it as a separate item (it is not an SBR until then). And it's the clone of the Vityaz-SN (updated version of the Vityaz). it's very nice, particularly if you are already at least somewhat familiar with the AK platform. KUSA also has a "gas tube" replacement with a charging handle so you can do the HK slap if you want. My only complaint is that it doesn't have bolt hold-open on the last round, though I'd also mention the mags are fairly expensive.

Factoring in price and mainly coming from a utilitarian perspective, my 3 would be the Ruger PC Charger, PSA AK-V, and the CMMG Banshee. The APC9 and MPX just don’t justify their cost compared to the Banshee. For cool factor, my money would go for a quality MP5 clone. I really liked the Zenith I shot. I’m really interested in seeing the PSA MP5 clone in the future and imagine the PTR is good quality as well. Going all the way back to the absolute cheap end of the spectrum, I guess a Hi-Point carbine would be the absolute bottom tier of practical PCC that’s worth the money. An honorable mention could go to just about any blowback AR-9 that’s reliable yet budget friendly.

I love the AR platform nevertheless the Kalashnikov KP-9 to me is the best and most under rated, it eats any and everything one feeds it. I’ve shot the PSA AKV and it’s another Awesome gun, but when it comes to the PCC 9mm, Kalashnikov USA KR-9 all the way. I own both the KR / KP-9 my favorites when it comes to 9mm PCC. Great video thanks for sharing.

Would have been nice to list the prices including the modifications you did to some. For many of us the price is an important factor to make a decision.
@guytech73103 жыл бұрын
I am sure the prices have gone up considerably since Mac bought them. Most firearms have increased by 40% or more in 2020. Another issue is getting them as they are pretty much sold out and probably have a 6 month backorder log.

For what it's worth, I joined BDU right around November as I figured the first month didn't cost much and if I could find some ammo it'd be well worth the subsequent membership fee. I unsubscribed a month later without making a single purchase as they never had the ammo I was looking for in stock.

I love my MPX GEN 2 with the 8”barrel. No problems with accuracy, but I’m not running it suppressed. Love my MP5, even though it feels a little outdated. But in all honesty, my favorite PCC that I own is my Kriss Vector Gen 2. Lightweight, ergonomics are great except for the safety placement. But it shoots amazingly smooth.
@cheyenneobregon1843 жыл бұрын
That’s great to hear, I just put a kriss vector SDP enhanced with extended forward rail on layaway and haven’t seen recent reviews on the platform/people like them or if they review them they don’t do a good job explaining why
@memesurrectionist51123 жыл бұрын
@@cheyenneobregon184 I bought the SDP Gen 2 just because it was the only one available at the time. I put the folding stock adapter and an SB Tactical SBA3 brace on it. I have plans on filling out a form 1 to make it an SBR. MAC is right, somewhat. I think it feels great holding it the way it is, but it is better with a vertical fore grip, thus the form 1. The gun almost feels like it drops when you shoot it compared to most recoil impulses going up and back. It is SO EASY to hit follow up shots because of it. I have 800 rounds exactly through mine. Did the initial cleaning which is easier than any PCC I own. ZERO FAILURES. I love mine. Even better than my MP5, and that’s saying a lot. I hope you get a great gun like I did.

@@cheyenneobregon184 Glock mags, Pro Mag mags also. Like I said, zero failures. I’ve had it about 1 year. It came with a $30 coupon in the box. I used it to get the 6-slot pic rails for the sides. Had to spend $50 so I got an extractor just in case. Just got them today. They gave me another 15% coupon, I don’t remember if it was for registering the gun with them or signing up for emails. If you research Krytac they have awesome steel accessories for the Kriss Vector Airsoft guns that are high quality for firearms. Awesome grips, breachers, shrouds. Good luck.

have to say only 2 really interesting ones are not available in my country cause 9x19 is only for rifles , MPX and ak9, B&T and CZ are sold in 9x21 but priced to the roof for pistol caliber guns . in italy probably best choice is an AR9 , cz is the best seller but at more than 2k $, mpx is only in 16" version and an unicorn cause 9x19 ammo basically exixts only on paper. If in US MPX no doubt , Sig quality, great engineering

I still like the AK-V over the "legit" Kalash ones. Bolt hold open, bolt release button, can bumpfire it like crazy, usually under $1k, 'Murican, plus they even named their "fix" for it, after MAC. The only thing I don't like about it, is the weight, but at least it's super over-built.

As far as I'm aware SIG chose to use a tapered barrel to optimize use with their own suppressor. Makes sense from their perspective, but inconvenient for the civilian who probably doesn't want to buy a special suppressor for 1 gun.

For practical purposes the banshee would be my choice, followed by the Vytiaz clone, and the Evo. The Banshee has identical ergos, and parts commonality with with the m16/m4/AR15 family, Glock, or modified AR mags, softer shooting than any blowback gun, and reliable. For the collectors I understand the attraction of B&T and H&K guns. The MPX, like most things Sig makes nowdays is hot garbage.
