My favorite part of this video was when the heifer cow was walking you instead of you walking her to the trailer. I did love watching the milk process with it getting picked up. Also my husband thought I had a lot of books I am nowhere near the status of the number of books in the last room that you were in at your house being toasty by the little stove. Always enjoy your videos.

Taylor, watching you crawl inside grain bins, crawl over barn rafters, talking to the girls, wade into a pond to set a pump, driving tractors, spreading manure, getting really dirty and smelly, it reminds me of the advice my Dad gave me many years ago, Son- When you get married get a farm girl, those city girls can't cut it ! LoL's - Tami says - You GO Girl ! So now 47 years later, the wife and I are still at it, making each other laugh and sharing each day together traveling across America. And Thank You for remembering Veterans, we appreciate it ! It wasn't always that way back in the 60s. Tami and Steven

Hi Taylor, moving the heffers was a lot of work, I give Brent a lot of credit for all he does on 2 bumb knees, I was bone on bone in my left knee and that pretty much ended my daily walks, I tried whole body collagen, and after a month, my knee pain went away. That might benefit Brent. The collagen is derived from bovine!

Wow. Loading those heifer's looked like hard work. We take a lariat rope and feed it through the front of the trailer and when the animal gets to the ramp, the lariat is slipped over their head. The other end of the rope was tied to a tractor. We leave the lead rope on and use it to tie up the animal once it was gently pulled into the trailer. They don't seem as difficult to move once the tractor gets involved. Here I go again, telling others how to do what they do. Just an idea. Thank you for yet another fantastic video.

Farmers united all over the world ❤️💪💪. Many greetings from a Former German dairy Farm. Until December 2016 we milked 7 cows🤗. It is amazing how you both manage all the Work on your Farm.... Today we have 3-4 mother cows and produce only meat on our 6k acres Farm. We have less Work now but I liked milking cows a lot more... In our little Village with 180 people we used to have 21 Farmer Families with average 7 - 30 cows. Today there are only 5 dairy farms left.

This is the biggest pack ive seen around here. I hope you have a wonderful Sunday and you are stayin warm. Hi Miss Taylor. Love watching your videos. I sure do miss farming I grew up on a dairy farm and then went to the factory for 25 years but still helped my dad and other area farmers when they needed an extra hand with field work or milking. When the factory closed in 2001 I went to work on a dairy/ crop farm where we milked 300 purebred Holsteins and farmed around 1800 acres of corn soybeans and hay about 00 acres of each. I do have a question though. About how much milk do you ship every other day. I know you do very well on your components ( butter fat protein and such. It’s not always about the pounds you ship it’s the fat and protein that makes you more $$ you can ship more milk and actually make less $ if the components are low your basicly shipping watered down milk which pays less per 100 weight but paying more in shipping costs for the extra pounds you ship
