I would recommend you check out Hip Hop Lover/Hip Hop Phile (its translated two different ways) as in that song BTS and in particular the rapline cite the musicians that inspired/influence them, its great to see which names they reference, so you get more of an impression of just where their love of Hip Hop came from and how that translates into their music 💜

I love the songs from the bts rapline because you can see their growth in their rap styles and the shift in their mentality over time. The first few cyphers starts off very angry and aggressive because of the things they went through during that period. They were young and were getting attention so I feel like some people saw them as a threat and so they started getting a lot of hate. As you progress towards DDAENG you can see how their mentality shifts towards a more "unbothered" state not letting the people who are trying to bring them down affect them. Then eventually they arrive at UGH where you can hear them criticize society's use of hate. It's like they're on a complete different level. This is why I love their music because it is a genuine reflection of what they are feeling and thinking.
