Thank you for this great information. When soaking the millet, should I strain the soaked water? Or wash the millets first and then use the soaked water for cooking?

எல்லா உணவும் நம்ள ஒன்றும் பண்ணாது.. விவசாயம் பார்ப்பவர்களை போல வியர்வை சிந்தி உழைத்தால்... காற்று இல்லாத அல்லது ஒரே காற்றையே திரும்ப திரும்ப சுவாசித்துக்கொண்டு...ஜன்னலை மூடிவைத்து நல்ல காற்றை இரவில் சுவாசிக்காமல் இருப்பது..குறைந்த பட்சம்கூட உடலை அசைக்காமல் இருப்பது ..இப்படியெல்லாம் இருந்தால் எத்தனை நல்ல நல்ல உணவுகளை தேடிச்சென்று சாப்பிட்டாலும் நோய் தான் வரும்
