Yes.. Ragi (Finger millet ) is also a millet. There are also other millets which are diabetic friendly.

Good presentation. But should there be such rules while Cooking millets? Earlier it was widely used for ekadeshi thriruvarhira and other vrathams and noyambu . Except kerala other states still follow this by taking a break from Rice attest twice in a month. It is good if you have copper vessel. Well and good. Isha and Swami Nirmalandagiiri Used to speak about the millets. Some 10 to 15 years back Ragi , chama and koovaraku were the millets that were very commonly used here in Kerala. No any such rules were there.. make everything simple Please
