I can listen to those two legends for hours and not get bored. Milos is such a knowledgeable person but he also describes stories in great detail. That’s how you have an excellent podcast episode 👍

Regan should have taken the full year offseason and done the O since he was already qualified. I feel like the Arnold set him back to progress on what he needs which is muscularity.

Milos would of been a much bigger and better bodybuilder if he actually took proper off seasons. I’ve no clue why he has this obsession with a bodybuilder must compete as much as they can.

You could make the same argument for Samson and Samson did INCREDIBLE at the Arnold & Boston 🤷🏽♂️

Yes in the modern era no one can compete much more than maybe twice a year and expect to look good. People can say whatever they want about the 90s but guys today need to push way harder to get the level of fullness with the condition needed since they done have access to the same things that guys in the 90s had, plus we never hear about the 8-9/10 less good showings guys back then had when they were doing 4,5,6 or even more shows a year.

I love to hear how much love Milos gives to his top guys. In my opinion that is why he is one of the best in the business. Love the podcast DJ and I absolutely loved the commentary at the Arnold this year. They need to bring you and Fouad to commentate the Olympia. 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Look at the most muscular picture one minute 40 seconds into the video Samson crushes Brandon you can’t tell me otherwise I’m sorry! Samson beat him on more shots . Due to Brandon’s terrible legs. And don’t say the lighting or the photos ! It’s a level playing field on the stage . Same lights and camera for all competitors

I said it before I’m going to say it again…Denis is the best interviewer in fitness industry I saw he’s very str8 forward with hard questions not letting people giving sb answers but never come out as arrogant or mean just hardcore str8 forward.I guess that it’s big advantage for him to be well world traveled ,familiar with many cultures having the highest personal experience from the ,,old hardcore ages,, but at same time keep it up perfect with modern age.Plus the fact of being also athlete before becoming pro bodybuilder plus with his top world genetics (and acknowledging that) he understands that every person take another way to they goal.I would love to see more Men’s physique guys in future if posible.Maybe also interview some of ,,fitness celebrities,, with denis no bs direct questions let all this ,,natty ,, 😎 Hollywood muscle guys answer some hard questions;) More love to your show men💪

Its actualy healthier to cruise than to go off for 10 weeks lol. Your HPTA Doesn't even recover in 10 or 12 weeks. Your just confusing your body, by the time you get it back you go back on....

@@MilosSarcevOfficialKZbinPage Its an honor that you take the time to even reply to my comment. But besides resetting/refreshing the receptors. There is really no point in coming of for 10.or 12 weeks. Like I stated your HPTA will not recover in such a short time...

@@dougb3854 Yes but on Trt lets say 150 between 200mg. You should have normal bloodwork as well. Top bodybuilders have sick genetics they can handle gear pretty well....

Theirs nothing wrong with a cruise on trt it’s completely safe and viable why would u do a pct instead of a cruise that makes no sense and if anything more detrimental to one’s health think about it your going on a totally different group of drugs (pct) which are made for fertility and come with more side effects. Mean while if U just go on a cruise your basically natural
