Yes, Forrest, your nervous system is a playground and when you try experiments just for the sake of it, you get surprised by the results. I feel it is a matter of proactive skepticism. Don't rule anything out just because the current description sounds too esoteric. Give it a try and see what happens. For example, mirroring and cross-mirroring from NLP to create rapport. It's a strategy that just requires your paying attention to nonverbal cues and works like magic. Meditation helps cultivating that awareness. Thanks for the tips. Blessings and blissings!

Perfect Mauricio, exactly right! The basics of NLP are quite profound! Like the quantum physicists, who like to say that if quantum physics didn't scare you, then you didn't understand it. That is the NLP model of communication, too! If it didn't scare and frighten us as we understand how the subconscious deletes distorts and generalizes, then we probably didn't really grock it! Blissings brother!

Can you please explain how a beginner in meditation could protect himself or herself. Would appreciate your feedback please. Thank you.🙏🙏🙏

20:58 So to clarify shot list Forest, should I go ahead and go over each one of them or sit and focus on one for a lengthy. To clear it? I kind of played around with both, and so far I kind of tend to go over all of them but I think that's because I'm not relaxing as much as I should be at times..... Your opinion on just sitting on one and doing it for a long time to clear it, or clear a little move on to the next and come back later? Or is it just a personal preference?
@ForrestKnutsonАй бұрын
@@Vshamann336 yes that's right clear one for a little bit and then go to the next because you want to notice what the overall effect is and so doing a little bit and then going to the next will help you with that. And then you can come back and do it all over again and it's cumulative

Hey Forrest, this is offtopic from your video, but you are knowledgeable so I ask you. I have suffered trauma from some really bad things that happened to me in this lifetime, and as a result of this I cant feel any emotions except anger (sometimes), never happy or sad. Is there any way to cure this disease fast? Right now I sometimes meditate but it doesnt really work, or maybe it does but its slow. I am sure this is some kind of energetically blockages in my body.
@swedish_sadhguru38542 жыл бұрын
@@elkiwi69 thanks! have you suffered from the same problem before?
@ForrestKnutson2 жыл бұрын
I would work with the timeline therapy walkthrough that I have on this channel. The key is that you have to be ready to let it go where you feel, I have carried this crap around long enough and I am so over it I am so done. Then you are ready to let it go and you will have agreement with the subconscious.

Namaste Forrest ji. How much Mahamudras should I do before and after hrv breathing and om japa? Also, should I do Surya Namaskar in the morning? Also consider that I sometimes do feel high heart rate though i am very young.
@ForrestKnutson2 жыл бұрын
A set of muhammadra would be left, right, both together. Three sets are recommended before meditation, and one set after meditation unless the meditation was very deep and then more are recommended. If you want to do more stretching, and you notice that it helps your meditation, then yes absolutely. I love the sun salutation. The stretching will help your arteries be more flexible and the HRV resonant breathing will help to lower your heart rate every day until your body and subconscious grow used to this lower idle state and it becomes more normal in your life.

@ForrestKnutson2 жыл бұрын
Hakalau will do that. Also see my video relax the tongue to relax the mind. Also try out the HRV resonance. Don't look for the mind to be perfectly silent but just notice when it is a little more silent each time and that is progress.

How much merit does ancient languages like Sanskrit,Latin,Arabic etc truly have when it comes to the phonetic effect to reality and practicality? We know sounds have a vibrational impact on reality but to what extent or is it the consciousness and intent that really matters?
@ForrestKnutson2 жыл бұрын
It's a wonderful study, and at it's core the study of Sanskrit is the study of the OM vibration. However you could study the whole thing and miss that. Is it absolutely necessary in order to progress in yoga? No, because yoga is not about words.
