Mindpump and Athlean-x are the best channels for really understanding movement. I give you guys an edge in several respects- notably that you don't have supplements to sell. Thanks for all the info.

Love you guys. It is a damn shame that you don't have as many subscribers as people who give out little to no useful information versus you who are pumping out (pun intended) 1000's of dollars worth of free technical info. keep up the good work!

Garrett - appreciate you tuning in and watching our videos. You can count on us to keep "pumping" out more quality content and don't worry the subscribers will come.

yeah that does suck, good info is covered up by the junk that is paid advertisements in google and youtube. best thing to do is to help share the good stuff.

Fuck yeah, took me two years of working out with kettlebell a to figure this out, I found the most important trick is to follow the kettlebell with your eyes during the press.

I like doing the kettlebell press, but I just keep getting deep shoulder pair the next day. Can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. Angle seems like what you and everyone else shows, just seems to bother my rotator cuff.
