I’ve been doing this stretch for almost 5 years everytime I do legs and I learned it from mind pump way back then. I’ve had 0 issues with knees, ankles, or hips. Truly a game changer

Is this still the Maps15 program? When will you be starting the upper/lower split?

I do the 90/90 and the other day I lift my legs and I was able to do it on both sides and decently high. 😊. When I do them, my right side is usually the tightest

Am I noticing right with the heavier weight on the squat that you take a breath at the top and hold on the way down? Is there an advantage in that particular instance and modality to be able to push heavier ? Curious

I love Sal's laugh!😂 ...I have recently started squatting again with the barbell. Is it ok if I do a light weight with rep range of 10 to 12? I do a day with heavy only doing rep range of 4 to 5
@jshaffer_wa8 сағат бұрын
They've talked about rotating rep ranges every 4-6 weeks, when the body starts to adapt to a specific rep range.

Yummy breakfast! 😋 So you can eat that much right before a workout?! That’s a game changer for me as I’ve been waiting an hour or more to lift after eating. Now I’m gonna start earlier and see how I feel 😅 that’ll help my daily schedule. Love your talking about real life and weekends off. That’s most of us

Keep in mind this gets edited. No way to know how much time passed between the meal and when he started.

It's fine as long as you don't get sick, you can experiment and see how it goes. Same with the advice not to eat before you swim
