What about a Ball room on the right first floor? With a piano or organ to play, a Grand Fire place as well with some gold in the walls to high-light the room to show off the richness of the owner, and I love the Idea in the wine cellar with the trees and bushes in the room, maybe with a vaulted round ceiling as well? I have a very active imagination, use what you like.

Some mansions in the medivial time periods had their own small churches inside of them so that the owner of the mansion didn't have to go to church with all the common folk, that might be a nice addition to the mansion and it would certainly take up some space. And of course every rich landowner has to have the fanciest of master bedrooms.

What about guest rooms? Some may look like it’s never been used or like it hasn’t been used for decades. Also, you’ll probably be working on this later, but is it possible to make the mansion have more of a abandoned/haunted/worn-out vibe? Maybe a somewhat fallen-apart kitchen/dining room or something like that? I don’t know if you are trying to go for a scary or creepy environment (to me, there’s a difference between the two). (Go for creepy!) Another thing. What about either an old chamber and you can use a mod to put skeletons hanging from shackles or a satanic altar of some sort? (Also, bloody bathrooms?)
