Mini Apple pie - perfect when it should be quick and easy

Today I want to show you a quick and super easy recipe for small apple pies! For everyone who spontaneously wants to bake something or who announces a visit at short notice, exactly the right thing!
Ingredients:
250 g flour
100ml neutral oil
3/4 pack of baking powder
100g sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract or paste
2-3 apples depending on size and taste
300g quark (I use low-fat quark here)
Pinch of cinnamon
pinch of salt
If desired, almonds or similar.
