Yes I have used this purse since the wedding and it is holding up well, I would recommend to line it like i did though, because i think that helped with the stretching

I love your scale stitch bag! Its gorgeous! I put a silk lining in one before and i sewed it in by hand and i used very small stitches, it took time but it looks fabulous i think loool!' I just cut it the same size as the bag and then i just sewed the sides up put it in and hand stitched it around the top! Wallllla! Lool! Love your bag!

That's really solid. No mistakes. A clean bag. Just I don't have enough yarn for a copy. That's just how I learned to crochet. I can only make a couple things. My belly hurts. But it even is maroon. A good color. Then there's the handle. It had me happy because I have no button for a clasp. For a pouch to happen. It would need a draw string. This is all ruffles and goodness. It's just pleasant. My mommy would be proud of you. This is her tablet. Crocheting is so much fun. The finished product. I just feel so proud of what you've done. There. Now I know you must feel good. About it. Very well executed.

You said you only needed this bag to last one day for the wedding you were going to. Did it last? Have you used it since then? If you only used it for a short time, did you notice any wear and tear that might make it not last much longer? Sorry for the 20 questions, I'm looking to make a purse and wanted it to last a while :)
