i find that when I am stressed out (which happens a lot in school), I neglect taking care of myself and really eat poorly and stop working out

Working out is a non-negotiable part of my day. Just being able to complete a workout in the morning, gives me enough motivation to keep working hard and complete my daily tasks. Thank you so much for your content. Watching how you keep a balance between work, college, friends and your health really inspires me to make better choices towards reaching my goals. I’m not even in college yet..Still in high school but so close to being done and I struggle.I find I’m at war with myself because I have this image in my head how I want to be both mentally and physically and not being that picture beats me all the time this video really helped thank you ❤❤

This was really helpful..I am in my first semester in a new country and things are kind of overwhelming , I'm trying to fit in and socialize but I also want to get good grades on top of that I'm introverted so the socializing part is draining ...and I have stomach issues so I need to eat healthy but cooking is an issue since I'm so busy😩😩

I love the ides going to the gym with a friend but most of my friends aren't good with following up. Thankfully a friend of mine who lives close to me git done with their personal training certificate. After the first meeting I got sick a few days later. Also I'm thankful too thay my friend isn't charging me a lot.

I'm starting college soon and the problem is that I used to take breakfast at 12:00 pm and lunch at 5:00 or 6:00 pm and then I start starving but when college I start my breakfast at 6:00am and it ruins my diet like fr so I'm wondering what to do cause I eat a lot when eating at 6:00 am 🌚
