Don't forget to cast your vote following the link in the description! 😉 also All the Orchids in this video are quite common and findable at Orchid nurseries, just google for one in your country, city, or economic region! Though prices vary from territory to territory, checking multiple sources will give you an idea of the typical prices in your area, so you'll avoid overpriced sources! Careful with internet hype, be an informed buyer and you'll save money! 🧡

Great video as always, Danny. Some people may be resistant to change, but what I really love about your channel is you, Danny. As long as I can hear you talk about orchids, I’m happy! That which we call an orchid by any other name would smell as sweet.

I love the Daisy Chain!💛 Thank You for bringing back the title and for showing all of the blooms again per month. You are an inspiration. You inspire me as a stay at home mom to be productive, to enjoy life, to be satisfied and to be thankful. Never doubt yourself, you are the best 😀❤️ Even just hearing you’re voice is an inspiration and gives happiness to most of us - orchid lovers.😊

Danni, I look forward to your new videos every week and look at them over again when I want to look at something beautiful. I'm a newbie, I just have a few phals but I love them. You are inspiring me and I love that you are so intuitive and whimsical, it's really refreshing.

Daniela no matter if you change anything in your personal life or in your lets say public life it really doesn't matter because in the end YOU are still unique and you are already helping a lot of people and I'm not saying that you have a lot of experience with orchids but rather you showing us the beautiful things and what life can offer even through hard periods of time. I really did enjoyed your orchid show! So thank you so much for the video and best luck for the months, years etc to come! 🤗🤗🤗

Don't worry about thinking the term may be over used, the consistency probably makes people feel comforted especially during turbulent times~ Also you may have good luck growing the radicans on the terrace, in southern california people keep them outside all year long. With said said my vote would be for the Heaven Scent, I almost bought this orchid but missed out on it! Hopefully I can purchase it soon

Dani, I would love to see an updated version for Low-light Orchids and High-light Orchids videos. I know you have both types of conditions in your growth spaces and maybe even you are more knowledgeble in High-light + Hot, but I'm very interested in the Low-light / apartment info. Over the years I bought all kinds of orchids and few thrived. I used to not buy Phaelanopdis because "peasant", but Liodoro, Liu Triple Prince, Bronze Maiden are the only ones that rebloomed. No chance for cattleya, oncidium, dendrobiums, maxillaria, etc. I really like Den-Phals, but they don't like me. Lots of leaves, no flowers. So, it must be the conditions, or I don't know. I have a percent of 27% reblooming for orchids that stayed minimum 3 years in my care. I also started buying 2 of the same kind, because you said that sometimes it's the individual and not the orchid type. My exposure is 2 windows West, 1 big window North and 1 small South.... I know, not very sunny. So, I really like that you mention now the conditions for each orchid in bloom (this title works better, glad you switched back) and please consider a Low-light (+humidity) updated video. Thank you

I’ve been wanting to expand my collection of orchids to include summer bloomers! This video gave me some thoughts of what to look for in terms of growing conditions for Florida heat. I’m not sure which is my favorite but the Golden Spider has my vote right now. Thank you, I loved this video!

According to a friend who sells them Odontoglossum naevium are definitely fragrant and it's sweet! You could have good surprises in the future... In their greenhouse temperatures sometimes go above 40 and they're super vigorous but it remains greenhouse conditions In summer it doesn't always go below 20 and in winter maybe 15 sometimes... I'm gonna try one soon despite my warm conditions and see how it goes! Great blooms as usual, congratulations!

Hi Danny, I am back and loving what you do always. I got lost in the USA situation and wallowed in my sadness and bitterness at the &@!?&&& thing running my country. It was destroying me. I have unplugged (all but you) and am climbing out of my deep hole. My solace has been my orchids though I feel like I have been doing just what I “need” to to keep them going. I have rekindled my love for them and you. In return they have blessed me with spikes and blooms. I vote for my dream orchid, the Bellina ❤️
@h.n.25194 жыл бұрын
Since you showed your bellina, maybe i can ask in the comments... I received a bellina with bare roots today and i potted it in orchid medium. I noticed that later that the stem does not touch the soil. Should i change it? You have really pretty flowers this month! I think you can guess my favourite one :D

Could someone please help me with a question I have? I was given an orchid that looks like it needs a little help. I have no experience with them. Can I temporarily (or permanently) repot it in orchard bark? I just found Miss Orchid Girl, and think I get the gist of care, and have seen the mediums she uses, but am not able to get proper mix right now. Thank you.

Brassada Mivavada, Lady in red and Chantilly lace Twinkle, can't decide. You had an orange Catleya that looked alot like the brassada except wider petals, if I'd have seen that, would have picked it. I love orange and catleyas but I live in Georgia US and could keep them outside but don't want to deal with pests.

My vote: Brattonia Shelob “Okika” You are so sweet, and it’s great that you listened to what your fans asked for and kept what works. I didn’t even realize the change in names, but just continued to enjoy your videos! But one of my favorite sayings we have here in the US if “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”. Kinda silly! I would enjoy learning about orchids from you no matter how you change your content up in the future, I think!
