That happened to my friend here in nc they stopped him ran his name seen someone had his same name in another state they arrested him here sent him there he had to sit for 5 mths in a Detroit jail for a murder he didnt do

I would sue the state of Ohio and Memphis. Because Ohio took him off the street and didn’t do anything to ensure that was the guy. Matching fingerprints, nothing. Then to be in BOTH places and not seeing a judge to even plead ya case. One thing for sure street coos nor jail guards give a damn about nothing you tell them unless they can use it AGAINST you. Otherwise they just arrest and let the District Attorney decide how it should go.
