My units are not working proper it’s like 3 s degrees and even set to 85 they are blowing a luke warm type of air will that emergency button help that problem ? The filter is clean

What kind of unit do you have? Send me the M# of the outdoor unit & indoor units.

And no the emergency button will not make it work better. It's only if you have no controller.
