We are eagerly waiting in anticipation of your bike reveal! We love historic places/ruins and the story behind them. That was a cool spot and tree, had not seen one like that before! When we were searching for a property, one of the ones we looked at had a huge weeping willow tree. Although the rest of the house there wasn't what we were looking for, we had briefly considered it anyways just because of the tree :) Thanks for sharing and ride safe out there.

Thank you, glad you liked the video. We're quite lucky we have lots of places like that in Scotland. Castles, ruins and other places of historical importance. I do like history and it's one of Scotland's riches riches! Anywhere you go, there is always something interesting about the place. Your new house looks amazing, we live in a small town but my ideal house would be a log cabin in the middle of nowhere! Very jealous!

Thank you! Really glad you liked it. More coming soon. I'm actually taking the delivery of the new bike tonight. I'll do a little video to introduce the new steed tomorrow and upload it within the next few days... Mind, I'm keeping my beloved Strom and it's my second bike. Not spilling the beans yet but all I can say, you're waaaaay off! Unfortunately no prizes for a correct guess 🤣🤣 stay tuned!

Is there anyway you could tell me how to get to the Yew tree by van?

There is no space to park a car or a van near the Yew tree. There is a small gravel car park area just off A6093. The entrance to it is on the left, some100 yards west from the junction with B6371 (Ormiston Junction). From there, it's a lovely 10 minute walk past the little monument and the ruins of the Ormiston Hall.

I tested the Classic, as you know, as a possible first big bike for my wife... I did enjoy it, yes.... but there was something else and very unique that caught my eye recently...
