So basically what I got off from this game was they false advertise that Abaddon was gonna be a main villain only instead wasn’t and no explanation as to why he was even there but to be an A-Hole. Kong for some reason decided to go up to the surface to deal with something that hardly concerns him and barely did stuff only to show he can be an A-Hole too and is used as a tool for clearing the path Game seemed more like an episode based on the Loch Ness from Godzilla TAS for Tiamat who is revealed to have a child And on top of that the creators decided “what can we do to make Godzilla look like a bigger A-Hole?” By making Tiamat’s daughter an orphan who was nowhere seen in GxK or mentioned in the novelization. Or few panels I saw of Declassified that showed Tiamat and that she is a home wrecker too as her lair in the movie wasn’t even hers to begin with much as how she stole the lair from The Rival who stole it from an adolescent Godzilla and Godzilla took back what was his to begin with. And to get people making jokes that Godzilla killed a mom and he better not harm Tiamat’s daughter, etc. Really? And for some reason never explain where Godzilla was only his name is mentioned and that was it. He didn’t do a job that he’s suppose to do and for some reason Kong is doing it but he hardly did much but contribute to city destruction and this game wasn’t even his game. Wow. Kong and Godzilla were done dirty. As was Abaddon and his design too. At least one good side came out of it and that was Tiamat is popular than ever and Jonah is alive cause not sure why people assumed he was dead in GvK.

It's a lie, the novelization gave a statement from a human character saying that in mythology tiamat had children and she ate them, they reinforced this in the novelization (apart from the fact that tiamat killed her children) they caused this in the novelization and in mythology tiamat has a Son really, they just added what was in the character, that would be a positive point, yes? Godzilla has been portrayed as an asshole since Godzilla vs Kong, he indirectly attacked Kong several times that had no reason for him to do so, and in Godzilla vs Kong he killed Tiamat who was an innocent Titan according to Adam Wingard, so clearing Tiamat is not even an additional problem, since we know that Godzilla is arrogant, who will do anything to save the planet, he is a force of nature, in addition, this gives more context and depth to tiamat's character. And let's make it very clear that tiamat in a way did Godzilla a favor, right? because she killed the rival who had stolen her house, tiamat dont knew well that the lair belonged to Godzilla, obviously? Godzilla would kill anyone regardless of who seriously, he would kill any Titan to become stronger and defeat another Titan, he basically negotiates lives, people assumed he had died because Adam Wingard said in the reedit comments that Jonan died being trampled by Godzilla .

I know the way Tiamat die matches the way she dies in myths too hence Godzilla was the Marduk to Tiamat’s mythological counterpart It’s just they added this after GxK to make it seem way worse than ever. The timing felt bad with future events already seen and giving us past events that will make future events put into perspective look way worse than what we initially thought. It’s why I said how the creators can figure out how to make Godzilla a “bigger a-hole” meaning much worse than how Adam has turned him into since GvK to GxK No offense to Adam, I enjoy the movies but the idea of making Godzilla the way he wants him contradicts how Godzilla has been portrayed in 2014, KOTM, or Dominion. It doesn’t go well with Nature’s fearsome guardian, apex predator, or alpha It would have fitted better for a different Godzilla than the main one

People are a bit too hard on this game. It's pretty decent and the price is fair. Sure, the combat could use some work and they should hire a better voice actor next time but the titan encounters make up for a lot of it. All in all a 6/10 for me. 7/10 if we take the price into account.
