My bonuses are great, there are loads of perks and I work in a place hundreds, if not thousands of people would give their left arm to work. Don't get me wrong, I have told the top boss at my work (to his face) that he doesn't pay me enough. He will never pay me enough. Just by the nature of capitalism he will never give me the money I deserve. He could give me £1k an hour and I'd be like: "I want £1.25k, because I KNOW that means you're making £1.5k off of me.". Which he acknowledges. So we get on well because neither of us try and pretend it's something it's not.

@@KaeliB1 thanks for your reply. Interesting that the hiring process took forever for mine too (about 15 years ago) because of some stuff at the agency that had nothing to do with me. I had given up on the job and was ready to look elsewhere. I keep reminding myself that when I originally found this job, I had no idea what I wanted to do or that this job even existed. A conversation with a coworker who transferred into my section only briefly while she was waiting to be hired by someone else, made me think about whether I would be able to handle this until I retire. I like the idea of not being at a desk all day, but my job involves travel as well as movement of heavy equipment that is getting more draining daily. Sometimes I love it, and sometimes I just make it through. I'm in my early 40s and realized if I want to change jobs I need to make a move before I'm in my 50s. I also need a set schedule, an office to actually go to, and supervisors who deal with the stressful oversight!

So in essence, she HAS to keep pushing products and recruiting. I can't imagine Monat pays her to rest, recoup, and bond with her baby. The irony.

I have ADHD and autism, and I NEED the routine and structure having this kind of job provides. And I'd argue that I have MORE time freedom in my "corporate job" than these MLM huns do. I luckily work from home, and every minute leading up to clocking in at 9am, and after clocking out at 6pm is mine. No hustling all hours of the day, no working on vacation or from the toilet or during a funeral.

Not gonna lie, I DON'T like my job and I do NOT make enough money, but thanks to this channel I have realized that joining an MLM wouldn't solve my problems. Thanks Hannah

My 9-5 today was getting home from yoga at just after 830am, and my boss being cool with it, to help doctors, nurses, students, residents and all manner of healthcare staff to find the research they need to do their jobs, to play with my dogs while taking mental health breaks, and make my lunch in my kitchen, and to walk my dogs before I head off to the gym for spin class and maybe another yoga class, all while KNOWING I will be paid for my work in a reliable and consistent manner that is commiserate to my education and experience. Oh, and I get insurance, PTO, an annual bonus, market wage adjustments, merit increases, and employer contribution to my HSA and retirement. So, yeah, I don't always LOVE my job, but I'm certainly fulfilled by it, and appreciate it.

I don't love my job. It is boring and repetitive and monotonous. But you know what? I work fully from home. I get to be in my pjs, with my morning drink, and hang out with my cats. When the job is DONE, I don't have to think about it past those 8-12 hours. I get to stay home, and when my job is done, I don't have to continue doing it. Oh....also I get paid every two weeks guaranteed. 😂

I am both happy and saddened to hear you also have emetophobia. I also suffer with extreme anxiety of throwing up and feeling sick so it is nice to know that I am not alone and it isn’t as ridiculous as it feels, but I am also so sorry that you have to deal with something that people truly don’t believe is a real problem!

Not only did the second lady take a bath in her floor oil she decided to record it for all of us to see 🤦🏾♀️ ETA: The postpartum lady! Omg! I pray she isn’t breastfeeding her newborn. Everything she is consuming will be transferred to her newborn. The last thing I was thinking about as soon as I got home from the hospital was recording a video to promote a product 🥺 Congrats on 10k 🎉

Thank you for pointing out that wonderful truth about at the age of a child. Their perspective isn’t yay mommy’s doing what makes her happy, look how successful mommy is blah, blah blah. The only thing that matters to a child is that their mother is home with them. Yes that means that children in daycare feel the same way.
