I mean, how does an animation error even happen? You just check everything frame by frame to see if anything doesn't look right. Either this has a purpose, the animators were rushed or some random processing glitch occurred

The poison joke effect was documented in a seemingly well distributed book. Twilight didn't know it since she didn't read the book and had the book mentally filed as fiction (when it was first introduced), so she wouldn't have looked at it to find answers or knowledge. Also, witch doctor/ potion maker characters have always have weird, bizarre, and disturbing ingredients on hand for plot device potions. If the potion maker character doesn't have the ingredient(s), then they will send the main character/player on a fetch quest. If you've ever played an Elder Scrolls game, then you likely hoarded together a bunch of animal parts, demon parts, undead parts, minerals, and food to make potions and increase your alchemy skill (because you can make a stamina recovery potion with an alchemy set, a cheese wedge, and a cheese wheel ( =/ I don't make the game mechanics, I just play the game))

All those years ago you were RIGHT ON POINT! -> Zecora DID used Fluttershy [and Angel] for one of her "experiments" without her consent. -> At least she did gave some vague warnings about the ideal enviroment to use her bodyswap potion (Fluttershy´s home, where both of them should be safe). I do not think Zecora could ever manage to "control" the random effects of the poison joke (it is likely unpredictable). But surely she DID made many experiments on random ponies to be sure that AFTER curing them from the initial exposure to it [using a remedy that already was in a book in Ponyville, ("public knowledge", not something the developed)]; a concoction made by her that includes poison joke could be used to "replicate" that first original effect again ONLY on that pony [instead of allowing the poison joke to make a NEW, different effect on the same pony]. -> Only Fluttershy could get the "Flutterguy voice" (Applejack would become tiny again).

i disagree a bit with the idea that zecora is behind all the alicorns. if it really is zecora then how do you explain the alicorn in mainhatan. ponys in pony ville dont travel all to often, and what would a pony really need to travel from mainhatan all the way to pony ville. it would make since if we only saw the alicorns in and around the area of pony ville but if ones alllll the way at mainhatan something else is at work, or zecora went ro Broadway, either way chances are slim

Perhaps making a potion gives instant effect while going into normal poison joke it takes way longer before something happens. In the episode when they walked into poison joke it was only next day they got the effects.

in my opinion, I think the poison joke is somewhat sentient, the things that happened to the mane 6 are just too convenient to be random. it could be that after it is picked it is no longer sentient, that is why Zecora needs to make a potion to make Fluttershy into Flutterguy

Poison joke works as a defective and it deems ponies special talent useless. Twilight saga natural talent is magic and her horn was affected so therefor she can't use her special talent. If princess Celestia was affected then she would no longer be able to raise the sun. If princess cadence was affected then she would no longer be able to spread love. Shining armour - weak. Octavia - forgets how to play instruments. You get the idea. So this would be useful if princess Celestia used this on her most powerful enemy's like discored he wouldn't be able to use chaos magic and would just use normal unicorn spells.

She could be. After getting through to the mane 6 which includes twilight which means a direct link to Celestia. In fact the poison joke may explain the shadow pony in season 4 episode 3. And the Everfree forest goes right up to the canterhorn mountain which canterlot sits on meaning somepony who knows the forest can get through without trouble. Luna Celestia and zecora are the only ones who knows the forest.

To be honest, this kinda doesn't make sense. Well they are just some glitches that happened the the editors did not notice. So I disagree with the fact the Zecora was behind all of the errors, she has been studying the Poison Joke a lot. But that doesn't mean she has been EXPERIMENTING on anyone. I'm just trying to help.

All mlp theories are made up and not true unless stated in canon. It's just people making theories about its world not knowing what the makers thoughts are of it. Much like our world, however you see it's construction. Do you tell a religious person or a scientist what ever you think isn't true unless it's canon? MLP maybe just fiction going no deeper than just the surface, but they are just making speculations about it, like people do for our world. All theories are just speculation and without an outside perspective there is no definitive certainty. People making fan theories are made from an inside perspective as if they're a character in that world; building upon the fictional world. As long as people see them as just entertainment and not actual cannon nor reality than it should not bother you. You shouldn't be so hasty with removing this kind of thinking from humanity because it's the same kind of thinking that theories are made. I'm talking about the curiosity of mankind to make sense of things. I hope I was able to give a different perspective on the matter that's understandable.
