*By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it **bestgym.equipment** around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.*

Lol American swings are great. You just need the right weighted kettlebell and form

@@coleheketoa there are workout ...yes, but more a shoulder and leg drill than a hip force production drill, where as the Russian hard style swing really gets that beast mode going on the hams and glutes

Same thrust as you have with your loved one after dinner lol thrust those hips , you will get the form down hahaha

Kettlebells are good for weighted cardio and speed, especially if you start throwing them outdoors. Cross fitter do very technical weightlifting movemens (snatch, clean and press) for reps with a heavy weight. Hell no! You shouldn't do snatch for reps! When you get tired and your form, that is likely bad to start with, breaks down, so will you.

@@getphysicalcom how are mma training phases structured? i mean if say you have conditioning, cardio, strength and power workouts all separated in these 4 phases, how would you go about it in working them out during the week? do you do 1 day prep conditioning, 1 day cardio, 1 day strength, 1 day power in a week or do you do like 1-2 weeks of prep, 1-2 weeks of cardio, 1-2 weeks of strength and so on
@getphysicalcom4 жыл бұрын
sebmeister67 there are several posts on fightcampconditioning.com that talk about scheduling your training. Brett also has a 45 minute youtube video on mma strength n conditioning. Those resources should help 👍
