This full-body, dynamic stretch flow helps improve mobility, blood flow, warming muscles, joints, and connective tissue to allow the body to move more freely through more full ranges of motion. If you need to help wake up (or wind down) your body for the day, please join me for this session that is almost like a moving meditation to recharge your entire system.
Try this 20-minute series as a gentle warm-up or cool-down before (or after) your regular workout to prepare for movement (or release afterward). You may also want to try it as an in-between-weight training day to help recover and repair sore muscles faster. (PS - This one is great before or after a long day of travel too!)
Please be sure to listen to your body throughout the workout and make any additional adjustments you may need as we go.
