This full-body, dynamic stretch flow helps improve mobility, blood flow, warming muscles, joints, and connective tissue to allow the body to move more freely through more full ranges of motion. If you need to help wake up (or wind down) your body for the day, please join me for this session that is almost like a moving meditation to recharge your entire system.
Try this 20-minute series as a gentle warm-up or cool-down before (or after) your regular workout to prepare for movement (or release afterward). You may also want to try it as an in-between-weight training day to help recover and repair sore muscles faster. (PS - This one is great before or after a long day of travel too!)
Please be sure to listen to your body throughout the workout and make any additional adjustments you may need as we go.

I cannot agree more. I’ve exercising with Jessica and Peanut😊 from the age of 35. I am 43 now and I look and feel like a 28 yr old. No one believes me when I tell my age including myself 😂😂😂Thank you Jessica. God bless you and keep you. Much love from South Africa

This is exactly what I've been looking for. When I wake up I'm always quite stiff, and even many yoga classes aren't dynamic enough/holding poses too long first thing in the morning. Warm up is important for my body, thank you

I have been following your videos from last few years, you are an angel, you know how body works, love peanut how she roaming around when you are doing excercise. after some years when you are again back with some good movements i am really excited and proud of you, you are best always will be, love you 💗

Your videos have literally changed my life - I was uncomfortable continuing to go to the gym once the pandemic started, which is when I discovered your videos. I’m getting a much better overall workout. As someone with both osteoporosis and osteoarthritis, I very much appreciate the incorporation of balance, stretching, and flexibility moves in your workouts - I am able to be so much more active than I otherwise would be. Thank you so much for all you do!

Have been using your workout DVDs and these workout videos for over 15 years and, being pleasantly surprised at the wide range of your exercise repertoire that touches every muscle in the body and leaves me feeling energized, agile, pain-free and aligned! I have been following your workouts as well as Leslie Sansone's. Both yours and hers are my routine. Apart from the fact the workouts work for me, your instructions are on point and encouraging. You bring lightness and ease to the workouts even the more challenging ones. I am 54-year-old woman from Asia, and I have been following you since 2018. I usually do your DVD workouts, this was a nice change I need to check out more of your You Tube workouts. I use to do my workouts at the gym but have now switched to home workouts it saves me so much time and I feel I get a better workout. Thank you for all you do to help keep us fit and motivated.

Since I started the peri menopause I’ve felt like my body is made of concrete. This type of flow is exactly what I need. Gentle with modifications and advancements for those that need it. A lot of mobility videos go straight to advancements which I’m not capable of right now. Thanks Jessica, you always make me feel like I’ve really achieved something and remind me to be patient with my body. It really is helping me not fight against myself right now

Love the slow flow of these stretches and really appreciate the alternative poses with a chair, just wish that the alternative pictured stayed on the screen a bit longer than a second. I guess I'm slow and I just need a little bit more guidance to get the form correctly while using a prop

This a great workout after a long walk. Calms my body down and gives me a nice stretch. But, the dog barking in the b.g. is a bit distracting. It also gets my dog going, as she hears that pooch.

Did what I could, but some moves bothered joints a lot. Do you have any mobility workouts aimed at those of us who suffer from arthritis? Especially had trouble with wrists--can't put body weight on flat, flexed palms. Had to modify for knees and one shoulder also. Will try other mobility routines carefully!

Perhaps you have advice for people with bunions where the big toe turns inward toward the other toes. My feet cramp in certain positions especially when pointing toes but also at times when flexing my toes. I love standing barefoot workouts, where this is more of a problem though it happens as well on the mat. Thanks.
