I enjoy these walk & talk videos as a welcome break in my day. My present goal is to start writing every morning before breakfast--perhaps 15 minutes to start, just like these walks, then gradually adding on as the habit becomes established. Thank you for the motivation!

Hi Jessica, I have fallen off the exercise wagon for months now and am gaining so much body fat and inches. I have been following you for about two years or more now and am so glad I found you. You are a God send! You make so much sense when it comes to self-image and exercise. Your email of today got me moving into ACTION. I did the short Total Body strength video and the 1-mile Walk and Talk video. Thank you for getting me back on track. I love you and your wisdom. I also love your DVDs. Your Walk Off Belly Fat is my favorite. Thank you for the wonderful work you do in helping others live a healthy lifestyle. Take care.

Thank you for these 1 mile Walk and Talk. I love your enthusiasm and always the quotes that are so spot on. I am recovering from several surgeries last year, the biggest spinal fusion. I'm still having some pain in my back and know that I must strengthen my body so I can do the things I love to do, like take my dog for a nice long walk if Spring ever gets here! I just finished this exercise and made it to the end without having to sit or rest for a minute. I will be back tomorrow for another one!

Jessica, I have followed you for about 10 years and no one else. You supply all of my exercise needs. Never bored. One suggestion with your quotes. As they words fade away can they fade from the top first as sometimes while exercising I'm not reading as fast and as I get to the bottom the words go away. Just sayin' 😄 Thanks for everything you do!! 🥰

Loved the topic of this one--I firmly believe in the power of habits and routines. Pair that with your philosophy "Something is always better than nothing" when it comes to working out and it's motivated me through the days when it'd be so easy to just say, "Nah, no exercise." Basically, it gives me permission to do something easy and 5 minutes on those kinds of days. But that still ingrains the habit.

I have been feeling very stuck this year and have not had motivation to stick with my 2024 intentions. One thing I have been mostly consistent with is doing a 1-mile W&T every day, so I wanted to say thank you for offering these! But also wanted to share how your workouts have helped in other ways. Yesterday, I read an interesting article that defined the difference between goals and values and helped me prioritize my values to find purpose in my life. Identifying these values brought me back to physical and mental well-being being a core value in my life and motivated me to get back on track, starting today. I was going to just start small and do this 1-mile W&T, but honestly, your energy and enthusiasm are so inspirational that I found myself following up with a strength training workout! I am so appreciative of all the free workouts you offer and the wide variety. Your site is my go-to for working out, but also for finding inspiration when I need it. Thank you!

I have been really sedentary lately and though I've been trying to do yoga or pilates, I just couldn't stay consistent. So I decided to start doing the walk and talk every day. Honestly, it's a game changer for me. I can do it any time, I just put on the video, stand up from my desk, do the walk and talk, and go back to work. I love it and I really appreciate you sharing your time with us!

Thanks for helping me get back on track for 2023. I attended a friend's 60th birthday last week (and I will be turning the big 6-0 myself in 3 months) and realized how I need to start moving again - even for 15-20 min a day. You truly make it so easy to return to a healthier lifestyle. Not a resolution - more of a commitment to my own self for myself and in the end for others.

I'm so grateful for this video today. The timing is perfect! After pushing myself physically 5 weeks ago to meet a goal that I had, I found myself sicker than I had been in years. I kept wondering if I had NOT been exercising for years with you, Jessica, how much harder my recovery would have been. As I've hiked, biked with grandchildren, kayaked and completed daily tasks and responsibilities, I've been constantly thankful that my daughter and daughter-in-law introduced me to you so long ago!

The last few years have been hard for me. I lost my mother (congestive heart failure) last year two days before my birthday, and things haven't been the same. I'm trying to get back to working out, but it's been a slow process, and I've battled mild depression. Working out helps so much, and you're always a friend I come back to every time.
