I purchased a new chair a cloud through Walmart and it came without any power box or any paperwork. It has a twilight button and a headrest and lumber button. I paid $ 2,600

It's always recommended that you buy a mobility product from a trusted mobility dealer, that way they can help you with warranty and tech support. Walmart doesn't have mobility product experts on staff. Hopefully you can identify the model you have.

This is an updated response. Mobility experts gave me excellent service and connected me with the Golden company. I received a new power supply and everything works great!
