Haha yes it comes in quite handy and can speed up a workflow. If it doesn't select the correct components right away you can try adjusting the tolerance in the options as well.

Hi Hope you will notice my question hahaha. For insert edge loop, when I use the Equal Distance from Edge option the outcome would be the same as Relative distance from edge, is there a way to fix it? I have tride to use the reset tool, but the result is still the same

Hi sorry not sure why you are getting the same results. When my tools bug out I usually just reset the preferences.
