Nice! On my '24 HO I have an aftermarket downpipe, 5" turbo back exhaust, Pusher intake without throttle valve, Pusher hot and cold pipes, EGR delete with coolant bypass, S&B intake and Burger Motorsports JBD for that added power 😎 did all that when the truck had 5k miles on it

Did you delete DPF as well? Did you get any “added power” because I thought the delete tunes for the 23s/24s were just delete tunes, no HP, I also have a 24 HO with 700 miles on it lol and I’m looking to do all the same but not until it’s able to get more added performance

@EmpireSoftWashPros I'm as deleted as it gets, not even a throttle body haha. No added performance, in fact you lose it. The tunes take you to SO status which is where the JBD box comes in :) that adds roughly 78 whp and about 80 ft lbs tq. Now I did reach out to Banks because on their website they have a tuner posted for the 23+. They told me to reach back out right after Thanksgiving and they'll have more info. My guess is it will be one that has the knob and adds up to 100 HP....maybe lol. I have been dying to put a compound turbo on mine but won't until the ECU is fully cracked

Have you tried the ccv into the exhaust setup with a venturi pipe? Heard it basically gets rid of ccv smell all together

Debating if I should go with the EZ link on my powerstroke 2024 or with the diesal guys delete bundle kit? I’m looking for a basic tune just to get my truck to breath more and not be so restrictive. What do you recommend?

Take that pre filter off of the intake it cuts off a lot of low torque trust me.

Agree 100%. I've been doing that on all my 2020 + trucks. Fuel mileage increases as well.

Enjoyed the video, great information. The DPF Back exhaust & SB Intake has quite the sound compared to Banks 5” DPF Back & Banks Monster CAI… how’s that when both DPF Back 5" and the DPF silences a lot of the exhaust. Does the Tuning make that much difference in Exhaust Tone? Plus, you blew some smoke on Rev, DPF didn’t catch it all. Mine 2024 F450 HO.

The high output has coolant lines going to the compressor housing of the turbo from the secondary coolant system to assist the intercooler in cooling boost. Both SO and HO have coolant cooled center sections just like all 6.7s have had.

Nice job and Sounds Great… But these 2023 Super Duty’s look absolutely terrible. I can’t stand the look of these plastic #GM bed & bumper steps. Horrible decision by #ford. Adding more plastic to these HD trucks.
