Great job on the Jupiter 2! Boyd, you never have to explain or apologize to us why you don't make videos for long periods of time.You have a life like the rest of us. I'm privileged to watch the videos that you do produce. You're doing us a great service! Keep it up!

The radar screens are a fantastic detail. Cool you could recycle the TOS E motors. Theres a nice synchronicity in there somewhere. That flu bug hit me like a truck (or is ti the other way around) about 36 hours ago. Glad you on the back end of it.

Hi Boyd -- Can you PLEASE answer some voltage questions that you don't address in your Jupiter II videos? The Moebius light kit is 5.7 volts. The Fedoratron light strip for the circuit wall only runs on 9v. The Baktronkics board runs on 9v according to their website. How did you get the two 9v devices to run off the 5.7v Moebius light system?? That's an important question for those trying to setup something like you did.

The way I did it was I split a power wire off of the 9 volt line and connected it to a mini voltage control board that is adjustable. I set the output on it to 5.7 volts and connected the output of that to the power in of the Moebius lighting kit. I can't recall where I got it but you can find them with a google search. They are not expensive.

Whatever happened to the reliant?
@TrekWorks10 жыл бұрын
There will be more on the Reliant very soon. It's on hold right now while I gather some additional parts for it. I'm having some custom made photo etch parts and other things done for it. I need some of those things before I can resume the build on it.
