I'm very interested in this. Is there one you like better (for more-or-less comparable price) that is tankless like this one? So far, this one is at the top of my list. And thanks for the installation video!

For tankless this Morn one has all the essential features and decent price. The BioBidet Horizon/Discovery has the exact same design but added UV sanitization and automatic lid open/close. If you don’t care about these 2 features, then the Moen one would be better for you.

Is there any way to deactivate the self-clean nozzle running every time when you seating down?

I don’t think so. This is designed to flush out the old water in the system first so it only use new fresh water to wash.

How to remove the bidet seat? is there a button to push and slide the seat off?

Yes there’s a button on the side towards the back (on the opposite side from the water hose). You can push it to unlock and remove the seat

The LED on the seat stays red most of the time, is this normal? I can't find any information in the manual. Seems to be functioning ok.

Yes that's normal. It turns blue when UV sterilization is in progress. Once it's done and ready, it will turn back to red.

Did you just hand tighten the T-Valve on the connection to the toiler?

Yes I just hand tight. You can also wrench it tighter if needed.

That’s a bit too advance for me. If the nozzle is broken I would recommend getting warranty replacement.

the t valve does not tighten into the inlet valve, because it's metal to plastic it is crossthreading the inlet valve, any suggestion?

You may place a layer of pumper’s tape over the threads to make it water tight. If that doesn’t work, then may get a metal t valve from Home Depot or Lowe’s

Is it normal for the nozzle to start dripping water when the sensor was activated?

Yes, it dose a pre-wash to clear out old water in the system when the sensor is activated.

Was not able to deactivate annoying beeping when holding the 2 buttons on remote as you indicated. Any ideas?

Try holding both buttons till you hear a double beep. Check out the owner manual page 16 assets.moen.com/shared/docs/instruction-sheets/ins11010c.pdf

The seat is always hot... is that a function that can be turned on and off?

Yes. At the remove the third round button at the bottom, it says “seat temp”. Press it a few times till the indicator light turns off.

What were the measurements on your toilet seat?

Mine was 18.5 inch from the fasten hole to the front edge of the toilet bowl.

There’s a release bottom at the left side towards the back. Push it then you can slide the seat back out.

When you first sit on it, there would be a system flush to remove the residual water in the system. When you use actual wash, it should be warm/hot water according to how you set the temperature.

When you first sit on it, the system will flush out the residual water inside first, then then rest of the water will be heated up. There's no way to change the initial flush. But if your problem is feeling the jet water cold at first, you may try to turn up the temperature level so the water heats up faster.

Yah it's a newer home so have prewired electric outlet. Otherwise will need to get a extension cord from the nearest outlet.
