I Just baked your banana cake and it was beautiful, I will be doubling up the ingredients because I put the mixture in small cake tins enough for one person. Tried this just now. It turned out to be amazing! I topped the batter with walnuts and omitted lemon juice. I'd suggest to reduce the sugar a tad bit but otherwise it's perfect and fluffy. Thank you so much for the recipe.

You can use butter, but the quantity to be used will change. And flour, yes you can substitute with whole wheat flour. No problem 👍

I tried this, turned out to be amazing. It was so soft and just melted in the mouth, but I suggest for banana lovers to use 3-4 bananas for a stronger banana flavour as in my opinion the banana flavour was kinda mild.

@@johow657 yess it does makes it more gooey and you'll have to increase the baking time by 10 mins. When I made it I had to remove it from the oven twice to check if it was baked properly. Yes you can. And vanilla essence is just for the flavor. So its fine if you skip except that you will lose the flavour 😊

That usually happens when the amount of flour added is more. You might had to add lesser wheat flour, since its replaced for all purpose flour. No problem better luck next time😊. You can always check the proportions before any substitutions as their might be slight variations.
