Mom prepares Dad's Special Galmbyachi Chutney

Like everyday's routine Mom prepares dinner and I thought of shooting her recipe of this very simple dry shrimp Chutney which is the cuisine of the coastal region of India. Since its monsoon season and the availability of good and fresh fish is limited, dry fish is preferred.

Hi Mam.😊 I cant resist complimenting you. I love love all yr Indian Goan and Mangalorean recipes. I have glorious memories growing up back home in Mumbai. My beautiful Mom prepared all recipes and i miss all of them. Now im overseas and found you with all delicious recipes online. I have prepared most of yr recipes and never failed but all are winners. So well you explain n demonstrate. Your daughter also do the talking for you sometimes 😊and dada of the family is a blessed man. He enjoys home cooked food and appreciated yr Galmbo shrimp chutney.
