In short, 211 means dividing your meals into four parts. Half of your meal will be vegetables (2 parts), and the rest will be half protein (egg/meat) and half carbs. So 2+1+1 equals 2 vegetables+ 1 protein + 1 carbohydrates. Hope you get better:)
