hi, love watching your videos as i have a mk3 st tdci and have fixed alot of issues by watching them...im having an issue will leaking water into the boot area when it rains, i wondered if youve ever had that problem or if you could maybe do a video on it as iv tried lots of things but it hasnt solved the problem..thanks

I like the colour of the st220 you have really think the blue sets it off better and looked better than the one Gary had. Can you not swap the rubber around the glass so you retain the tint?

Have you informed your insurance company of these changes Martin? They will be considered modifications & while they may not affect your premium, if you don't tell them, an investigator could use this to wriggle out of paying out.

Tbh my experience with those insurance investigators they have already written youre car off before they get out of their vehicle. They mark down every scratch ding you name it by the time they have finished the car is worth a few hundred quid, although to replace it even if you can buy one will cost you thousands. I've been there I had a volvo written off non fault accident. I argued that the offer of 600 pound market value was wrong because to buy another would have cost me 3000 at least. Insurance is just public liability that is all

I doubt they'd know the difference tbh, it's a 20 year old car.....just changed mine. I'll not be telling, I'd just say they were on it when I bought it :) I had an MR2 years ago got rear ended, it was repaired through the insurance with facelift lights and bumper because they couldn't get the older style bumper and lights.

Not a fan of chrome for this model, piano black like the door pillars would work for the look. That's the beauty of modify for your own taste.
