मेरे ख्याल से फ्लैट से बहतर प्लाट खरिदना होता है क्योंकि जमीन कहीं नहीं जाती और हम देर से ही सही लेकिन एक दिन पैसे कमाकर एक अच्छा घर बना सकते हैं और समय के साथ साथ प्लाट कि किमत में भी बढोत्तरी होती है। जब हम ४०-५० लाख रुपये में भारी लोन लेकर फ्लैट खरिदते हैं तो इसमें हम डुब भी सकते हैं और फ्लैट कि अवधि भी सिर्फ २० से २५ साल तक होती है इसके बाद बेचने जाएँ तो आधी दाम में बेचना पडता है तो फ्लैट बेहतर आप्सन कैसे हो गया मुझे तो नहीं लगता।
