Sat up all night rewatching all the old videos. The entire family tested positive for covid over the past week. My daughter was admitted to the Children's hospital with some weird reaction. She didn't even have a chance to ride her new Schwinn AL Comp. It was already sporting the "CompZerker" sticker. So I've been killing time and trying to take my mind off of everything. Thanks for the entertainment as always. The coffee sniffing is a throwback to your coffee tasting vid. If you guys ever have a rainy day you need more candy bars and coffee reviews!

well from watching your videos ....i found my 16 year old boy a genisis villotti and after searching and searching i found a schwinn ascension for myself ..the only one around me for about 900 miles ( southern illinois)......i made a 2 hour road trip and picked that baby up .....after a 12 mile ride the other day ...that fork has more flex than a zip tie......so i ordered a jessica headset and a bucklos air fork for the schwinn ...hopefully be in this week .....all purchases was made from the reviews of your videos ....you and your dad are awesome..keep up the great work ...!!!

You guys are lucky to get your hands on one. On the kickstand issue, Walmart requires all of the bikes they sell to have a kick stand. You can drop a standard rear QR hub'd wheel in the back to get rid of the bolt on and freewheel.

A srick in the drivetrain will snap a hanger. Sometimes you might notice eit too late or not at all, wind snaps really thick, strong ones, got one in once snapped hanger off, just as it should saving the rd, and frame was not damaged

Did you guys see the ledge x2. Its dark charcoal instead of the blue. Supposedly a 29er 1x8 so i think it has a freehub / cassette. A few other minor upgrades and its 100$ more. But not for sale yet. Its on walmart.com and some people are getting them instead of the ledge x1 they ordered.

I'm super stoked for the video because I might have to save up and upgrade to one if the review warrants it (& I think it will). My ebike was originally $400ish around black Friday but then they raised it to 500ish (when I got it) and now I think it's 650... I've had to replace a few parts due to failure or sucking... But I'm pretty happy with it for the price

FYI those mail tote boxes are federal property. I know this because we had a ton of them when I worked for a big brown competitor;) If you have to clip yourself in, are they really "clip-less"? You guys made that Malus bad-ass. All it needs now is a Bafang BBSHD mid-drive and you guys could ride together. Detachable derailleur hangers are a must! I had a bent non detachable on a hybrid road bike and bent the frame trying to straighten the hanger. Still looking forward to the Wolf e-ride.

Mongoose fat bikes are really popular for e-bike conversions. If you had tires sticky enough they can practically climb walls. I'd build one myself but my 2 motors only fit a standard size bottom bracket (68-73 mm) so I'd have to buy everything but the battery. The cost of a pandemic priced bike & motor, plus the added expense of the resultant divorce, put a fat e-bike just out of reach for me;(

I think the clutch made a difference. A fork would probably take 2lbs off.

Swapping out the pre clapped fork and suspension with air will knock off 5 pounds. The clutch made minimal difference IMO

that's nice looking bike, I like color combo. I wonder will you ever try clipless pedals and shoes :) as much as I can see their benefits, I doubt I will give it a go anytime soon. I enjoy riding, marginal gains ain't much of concern to me, plus it's not small investment getting the shoes and pedals for it. plus, I am having a problems to find regular shoes in my size in Bosnia, no way I find clipless shoes that fit me :D

He shows and explains it well. kzbin.info/www/bejne/jJyVn3WMZd6kZ7M I haven't tried clippless, but don't even want to cus the terrain I ride and what I do on the bike, and with my joint issues I have to pop my feet back in place, so clippless would just make this harder, and for doing Tha ti need high shoes so I protect the back of the heel. I've not tried ankle braces yet, I know that some riders use this to stabilise their feet. But I a higher shoes that goes over the ankle protects the ankle and back of heel from the pedal but also agian various low things that might hit the feet or scratch them.

Man the Malus is pretty sweet and has a steel frame, that should be able to fit ya, dad is comfy on it. IT is a Fat tire. Now a more MTB style what about a Taff? We own both and the Taff is a pretty budget bike with some coo features:)

After my chain got f.... yesterda i went and got some muck-off and bike protect so now it is cleen as f...k and they had a new chain aswell. Sweet shooes but i am a sise 11-12 🥲 so fork it😤 started puting on the chain and got a ping from the tube about your new vid so had to take a brake
