Yes, the sound is muffled a bit. I worked with what I had. The other VHS tape jumped like a kangaroo and sounded terrible. I feel I was lucky enough to transfer this video to the computer before it worsened. I also feel good music is good music no matter the nationality. The best part is music unites us, Cheers!

In defense of "brit mumbling", the sound is very poor on this video, even the presenter sounds muffled! These guys have typical London accents, they're not mumbling, they're just chilled out and I'd rather sit listening to them any day than some of your transatlantic squealing and whiny voices! The Outfield are a superb band with many excellent songs and great humour; if you don't like them, bugger off and 'see what the charts were' somewhere other than KZbin! Thanks for posting this video!

The UK in the main is still shit and sadly doesn't recognise or even remember The Outfield and yes, thank god for America's devotion to Def Leppard (another of my favourite bands) or they certainly wouldn't still be touring now! However, I'm at a loss as to what this 'definite American sound' is... With over 300 million different people in the USA and a whole melting pot of races and popular musical styles from all over the world, I'm struggling to pinpoint exactly what that definite sound is!
