I'm not sure if this was addressed yet but it probably was. T he frucked up dead baby body is because actually, if you zoomed out 3rd person while alive you're just a tiny scale of your standard character model. When you die, Fallout 3 is not programmed with handling the physics animations for reduced scale models. So it stretches out the model being used into the dimensions set for the physics movements of deaths and gets all wicked hecked up
