@@TheNaughtyFrench Well, I’m in the probation system, so a different line in the LE family, but I communicate and work with all branches of them; federal, state, & county. They both dropped the ball big time, and that’s putting it mildly. The fact they were both reinstated with backpay shows how unions have gotten out of control over the last several decades (as well as having LONG outlived their necessity). No unions would mean better, more effective police, firefighters, teachers, sanitation workers, transit workers, you name it.

@@patrickc3419 yeah when I think they got their job back and even got rewarded and promotions I was so pissed off 😡 in France it’s the same thing for the jobs you mentioned the employees are protected with unions, they feel untouchable bc they are overprotected. So imagine when two racists and homophobic cops gets a little boy killed and they got nothing, it’s showing the failures of our system and we can understand citizens feelings towards these unfair injustice obviously who gets the blame all cops people generalize and think if one is responsible others are responsible too. That’s the problem they should have been fired, sued and sent in jail for the rest of their lives.

I think these are the main reasons Jeffrey Dahmer became a serial killer: 1. His mom took drugs when pregnant with him. 2. He drank much alcohol in an early age. 3. His dad showed him how to cut up animals in an early age. 4. He had a bad relationship with his mom. Most serialkillers have that. I believe the first reason did make a chainreaction to his behaviors. He was getting stuck in strange thoughts because of brain damage.

I know this show had a huge negative impact on a lot of people. They never even contacted any of the victim’s families to see if it was okay to make this show, they said they did but the victim’s families say otherwise. I do think that there’s a silver lining though. Thanks to this show, more awareness was brought to the Jeffrey Dahmer case. It would be nice if a cut of the money made from this show were given to the victims. Unfortunately, I don’t see that happening. If they cared about the victims at all, they would at least do something to show their respect.

Glassy look, almost hinted smile. Eyes watering madness, deceitful, placid sadness behind big glasses. Voice of fog, silent whispers. A few flashes of naive surprise on the smooth features, calculated aberration, sinuous, unusual restlessness. And in the dark loneliness of a troubled existence, the impulse takes over. Any poor single woman who's dealt with police has probably experienced them "writing off" whatever is said and not viewing them as credible. This is a perfect example. Police (in Outagamie Cty, WI) allowed a family with an accused sexual predator in the home to keep my daughter for weeks instead of returning her home. It took noting that I was opening an internal affairs investigation for them to take me seriously enough to get her home; but, her time there changed her, and it's been over a year of trying to get her back on track.

I have cried a lot over the years, to the point where nothing really seems to natter to me anymore, though there are a few things that break through that veil and strike a chord within me. One of which being sheer hopelessness, like this scene, that boy escaped and then was brought back, he had a glimmer of hope and then it was just snuffed out by lazy fucking cops. When I first heard about this story from my family I actually cried because it takes some real monsters to just take him back, but takes an even bigger monster to make that boy feel the hopelessness he did.

You see the problem with this is that Jeff Dahmer seemed like a very fine guy until he became a cannibal serial killer in his lifetime and I wonder why do some people think becoming a serial killer helps anything all I know is that I am glad that Jeff Dahmer isn’t around anymore

@@mattcollins3591 Actually no she wasn't. She was told about the incident & she did a follow up call about the boy. Glenda never ever met or spoke to Dahmer. She did not live in the same building either. There were three women who found him. Glenda's daughter, niece & another woman, but Glenda was not one of them. It was Sandra Smith, Nicole Childress & Tina Spivey.
