Honestly, give her like 20 more hours in Elden Ring and she'll be wrecking shit. It definitely helps that this wasn't her first Souls game but I could see that she was picking up the mechanics quickly this time around. I was legit impressed by her attempts at Margit. Most noobs get wrecked in seconds even with summons. She used the summons to her advantage to give herself breathing room in an arena that is designed to give you almost none. Most noobs would expect the summons to do the work for them instead of using them to draw aggro. That's smart play. I don't care what anyone says. Taking all that into consideration, I don't think it's fair to call her a noob anymore. She's not exactly a seasoned veteran or anything but she's earned her stripes through hardship like the rest of us.

@gryphon41502 жыл бұрын
@@TitoMcFadden Well he's not really designed to be a first boss. He's designed so that you should go out and fight other bosses and explore and get some levels and shit, which is why he's not easy. I agree, this is evidence that if people are just engaged in the game, instead of rushing around not thinking at all, the tutorial is clear. It literally says: this is where you learn to war and stuff. Shes a better player than literally every person who just ran through that room, didnt think about anything it said, and ran to kill the tree sentinel. And I will die on this hill. Id love to watch a full playthrough of her following different animals and accidentally getting distracted into bosses and being excited about STUFF. Honestly, the jumping to avoid attacks really isnt as bad as youd think. I think my biggest issue in this game is that I am still too stuck in rolling to avoid damage, instead of jumping and then punishing. God damn, I loved this video.

There are a lot of bosses that have ground attack moves with a wide AOE that roll catch you. Godrick himself has a move like it that I guess is there to teach people not to rely on rolling all the time as the move is easily avoided by jumping but if you roll you'll get punished.

Going through all these games has been so fun to watch, from getting owned when she picked up that controller, to getting Margit the Fell to phase 2 three times in a row! You my friend are no longer a noob, you're a gamer Also Happy Birthday and congrats on the engagement!

the way you break down the game is beautiful its true in-depth perception of everything the game put together that the average player sees and makes a quick decision over in a matter of seconds. its the type of mindset i have while i explore, appreciation towards the time and investment of open world but guided hints to naturally bring people around. the "oo shiny" is a very good trick they use. placing glowing plants that kind of guide your path to finding alternate routes or paths to items. also tricking you to have your back to a hidden enemy

It's so much fun to watch these! Do more! It's really great to be reminded of how it is to not know what to do and to discover the simplest and smallest things that just eventually become automatic for experienced players. The one thing I can't wrap my head around is why most noobs/casuals just tank everything and avoid rolling xD

20 seconds after I typed this I got to watch the noobus play strawman for Patches... Lmao

Favourite moment in Elden Ring? Share your stories! ALSO the original version of the final fight got claimed for copyright - despite being a cover song, so I had to change it to a copyright-free tune. If you're curious, you can see the original, claimed version here. kzbin.info/www/bejne/j57VfWytm6ech7M Also ALSO - a lot of you have commented on the music choice, particularly the acoustic guitar covers throughout. They're all from Beyond The Guitar. Individual links in the description but let me highlight THAT COVER here! - kzbin.info/www/bejne/fZ3OZGiXjLeWjaM

My Favourite moment in Elden Ring was probably the Radahn fight, it was a challenge but... I summoned and it was really cool fighting with so many NPCs I'd met.

Fighting Mohg, the omen. I've not done everything yet, but I reckon Mohg is the best fight in the game

Thanks Monty for entertaining us by making these amazing videos, I’ve been really enjoying FF lore dump series and now you hit us with the long waited comeback of Noobus Humanus series.

The ancestral spirit fight, the process to reach it is a pain and the fight is really easy, but the ost and boss is just beatiful.

Tell me if I'm wrong, but when the Noobus was "dual-weilding" she primarily spammed R1, and didn't even use the left hand blade.

Everyone's first boss seems to be Beastman. Wish that had been my first but of course I ran into Coastal Caves first thing.

That sense of wonder and curiosity is great to see. I enjoy open world games because my ADD just goes wild and this one has been great for that ability to find something new every time.

To be completely honest I finished the game without knowing there was a site of grace at round table hall, I though you just tp in and out and that's it, I only realized you could rest by the side of the table watching a friend live on discord while they showed me some weapons

Probably the first time I have subscribed within the first 20 seconds of a video. Especially on a channel I haven’t seen before but from the very beginning I found everything about this extremely entertaining and wholesome. From the accents to the music to actual content of the video I found myself enthralled from the beginning. Great video, great people and I will definitely be back for more :D

The moment she changed up from shield to dual wield, she was no longer Noobus. Experimentation like that is a clear sign of leveling up. ALSO CONGRATULATIONS YOU TWO!
