Steven has a very strong moral compass. He wouldn’t give Marc the body because at this point in the show, he believes Marc is a cold blooded murderer. Would you give up control of your body to someone you believe is essentially a serial killer? The evidence points to that from Steven’s perspective. He finally gave up control because he realized that if he didn’t, people were going to get hurt and maybe die. It was a trade-off. If he gives up his body, Marc might start killing people and that would be on Steven’s conscience. He would rather die or be locked up than have to live with that. He finally gives up control because he realizes if he doesn’t, people WILL die, and then that would be on his conscience. So he makes a judgment call hoping that fewer people will get hurt this way, fully intending to take back control once the jackal is dealt with.

Y’all ain’t seen nothing yet. This show is outstanding! I’ve rewatched it already. Every actor in here did a fantastic job. You said you hate waiting, this is all for a reason, literally. You have to wait, like Stephen does at times… and like Marc does at other times…

If you watch episode 1 again, the Jackal doesn't touch anything. The only damage is the bathroom and the stuff Steven knocked over to put between them.

Glad you both are doing this one... pound for pound it is probably the BEST Marvel Series to date. I know you have come to realize from your commentary that Marc/Steven is a split personality. But what MOST people outside the comics DONT discover until the very end is that sometime trios are more interesting than duos. Finally in regards to suits... Marc's suit is Moon Knight and Steven's suit makes him known as Mr. Knight.
