For the advice segment, i know after performances you ride that hyper wave. If you crash the next day afterwards dont expect it but maybe prepare for afterward. Have things to do for yourself to relax when you get home. Make thoae days self care days. Have some jot coco, put on some music, try some face masks or and sort of preen up on your own self is VERY good. Instead of being glum you can take the time to feel bad to lazily cleaning yourself. It has helped me tons! And since you are making yourself feel pretty, even if you are sad you can feel good by the end of it. Currently super depressed but i make it my goal to tend to my hygene extra because of it. And by the end of my self care i do feel clean and even if my brain isnt in order, my body is. It also gelps get your brain out of that funk by doing something meditative and not think about other things. Good luck!

@@Emma_The_H0ppin_H00ligan Nightmare foxy is my second favorite nightmare animatronic as his design really stays true to his designs in both fnaf 1 and 2, the long tongue just adds extra creepiness and i can relate when i was younger i would check in my clothing closet just to make sure he wasnt hiding there.

Man I've been performing for almost 20 years and the drop after a performance is so real. It's totally normal, your brain just used up a TON of happy chemicals during and right after the performance. I always take a beat to rest, it usually ends up being in bed that night or taking a lil nap the next day, and tell myself that it's a normal physiological process. I felt good during the performance and it went well and my brain binging itself on all the happy chemicals and then being sad they're gone is indicative of nothing. It's exactly as normal and morally neutral as being physically tired after a performance or event.
