This is a cute video… pointer tip to help u make a circle tortilla then roll in one direction then turn the dough slightly, roll again the same direction as last time then turn again. Do tht until it’s as thin as u need. That’s how u get it perfectly shaped

I already watch papa Joshua Weismann do this series but I’ll still watch this if you bring something a bit different to the table! Def more restaurant foods not just fast food or more accessible. Josh is awesome at making homemade doughs and such but I def can’t always do those at home! I think showing easy alternatives would make people see they don’t always have to go out to eat. Awesome!!! I make these all the time- actually a low carb version. I use low carb tortillas instead but I don’t use peppers or onions. I use rotel (drained). It’s a family favorite! So bomb! But you killed it with the homemade tortillas!! Love your recipes!! 😊

It should have tomato , diced green chilies, the onions are the small ones used for the burgers, that why you don’t see them. The cheese is halved and laid down on the tortilla. The mix is cooked together with the eggs then added and rolled.

20 yrs of making tortillas, just a tip lol, you are using the correct shortening. At least this is how my family in Mexico makes them too, never heard of actual pork lard but hey we learn something new every day, maybe some do🥰 Edit: Another tip, I hadn’t finished the vid lol, allow the tortilla to cook properly because it’s considered raw for the amount of seconds you cooked it. If you are doing this method, maybe place the already assembled burrito in the pan to seal the deal or even fry it🙂 Hope you take this Mexican girls tips into consideration. Props to you for making those tortillas though😍 many girls I know make them way too crooked lol and yours were very round 👏🏻
