Can you explain how you play the pyramid game with multiple teams at a time?

Yes. You just have all the pairs going at once. Depending on the size of your class, it may get noisy, but most groups are able to still hear their partners. if your class is small, you may be worried about groups hearing each other. If that is the case, try to spread them apart as much as possible and then tell them to speak quietly, or even whisper. Hope that helps!
