I was one of the Nephite warriors at the end of the video. I can say we all felt genuine heartache for our ancestors, having a small sense of grief and sorrow they felt from this horrific battle.

I'm so thankful for the Lord and Joseph Smith and the holy ancient prophets who gave their lives to preserve this sacred record. The Book of Mormon is real and the lives and miracles and blessings are true. Jesus Christ has returned to restore his ancient church and will return yet again for the New Jerusalem with his people of Enoch and Zion shall be.

I'm so amazed at the COUNTLESS people who have stood for what's right, and many at the cost of their own comforts, friends, homes, and very own lives. How many of us complain because of being asked to follow a set of commandments which (if followed) makes our lives easier, better, and worthwhile??? Put THAT on a comparison scale⚖️

Seeing the annihilation of the Nephites because of their wickedness, Mormon's heart is broken beyond comprehension. His works during these difficult times bring eternal blessings to mankind. No wonder why the book is named after him. The book he abridged contains a powerful witness that Jesus is the Christ, the living Son of the living God. What an astounding portrayal!

While I was watching this video and when Mormon found the Sacred Records I found it to be almost similar to when the animated Mormon found and read the sacred records in a scene in The Animated Stories of The Book of Mormon: Mormon and Moroni; first at 5:00 the entrance to the cave, secondly at 5:12 seeing the sacred records, third finding the Liahona at 6:05, fourthly at 6:13 finding the Sword of Laban, fifthly at 16:34 The Introduction of the original Nephi, sixthly at 5:30 Mormon reads about King Benjamin's Famous Speech, and the seventh and final comparison is at 6:43 Alma the Younger.

It’s interesting that Mormon 1-7 claims to preserve a record, but as someone who has studied the Bible, the Torah, the Dead Sea Scrolls, the Jewish Bible, and the Greek Bible, I’ve learned that the Bible itself contains all the inspired writings necessary for understanding God’s plan of salvation. The Bible warns us about adding to or taking away from His Word (Deuteronomy 4:2; Revelation 22:18-19), and Paul wrote that 'All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness' (2 Timothy 3:16). The Dead Sea Scrolls provide powerful evidence for the preservation of the Old Testament texts and align closely with what we have in the Jewish Bible. The Greek manuscripts of the New Testament also confirm the reliability of the gospel message that has been handed down. The Book of Mormon claims to offer an additional witness of Jesus Christ, but it teaches doctrines that contradict the Bible in significant ways, such as the nature of God, salvation, and the role of works. Jesus Himself emphasized that the Scriptures testify of Him (John 5:39), and He fulfilled the Law and the Prophets (Matthew 5:17), leaving no need for additional scriptures. Rather than relying on the Book of Mormon, I encourage you to read the Bible deeply and prayerfully. It is the Word of God, preserved faithfully over thousands of years, pointing us to salvation through Jesus Christ alone.

I hope you are being facetious. The corrupt and lying scholars want you to believe in the Satanic seer stone in a hat and the plates were covered and not used and Mormon wasted many years (likely the 17 years when he refused to lead the armies) abridging the 1,000-year history. The only instrument of translation was the Urim and Thummim that was given to the brother of Jared and handed down through the Jaredite and Nephite generations to Joseph Smith.
