When I saw you come out in your robe, I knew I’d found the right channel! I’m a 55 years old, active my entire life but lately everything hurts😅 I knew I needed to keep moving but scale back just a bit to avoid injury. I’ve searched and searched KZbin for something that was challenging, but lower impact. I’m so glad I found your space. I feel like I’ve finally found my workout home.

I've been working out with you for a while now. I say probably several months now. I love the variety that you do. It keeps me guessing. I'm never bored. Funny fact:I usually exercise to you in my night clothes. That way I won't get my clothes sweety. Lol. I do Leslie Sensors Walk At Home Videos as well. You both are a big help to me. I thank God for the both of you. You have both help me lose weight. I'm going through perimenopause and having high thyroid issues. I gained weight from both and I wasn't eating healthy snacks. That didn't help. My thyroid is doing better,I'm eating better,exercising to you and Leslie and now I'm losing weight. So,thank you back th very much. You two are a God send. God bless you both!

I'm only 25 but I haven't done any sport in some years so I'm slowly trying to get back at moving my body. Especially in that summer heat I'm looking for some stretchy workouts that don't leave me sweatier than before. This was an amazing stretch, my body felt stretches it hasn't felt in some time. Hi Lauren. Finding your channel has made such and impact on my fitness level. I have a desire to workout daily but with a high BMI and Osteoarthritis in both knees, my task was finding gentle challenge. I found it with your workouts and then some. I want to workout each day because of your videos. I love the variety of tools you use. I am trying to bring more structure to my workouts to maximize my outcomes. Any chance of you doing a month long targeted series that would include a calendar? That would be helpful for me. For the most part I get up each day and get dressed and ask my body what it feels like doing today. Not a very strategic way to approach this. Thanks again for your commitment to this community. 💌

Just great. I really like your work outs. It's been hard to find something suitable for my friends and I (relatively fit women in their 50s and 60s) - most channels seem to be either targeted at young flexible gym bunnies or the properly frail/elderly. This stretch workout was a real miracle. It totally engaged me; so much that I kept thinking that I'll check the clock so I wouldn't go past my usual ten minutes and suddenly it was ending! That has never happened to me before. This was a deceptively effective and amazing workout of the entire body that was so soothing. Thank you once again for a wonderful experience.

I'm renaming this one my jet lag workout. We just got back last night from a wonderful trip to Indonesia to snorkel their incredible coral reefs. We got plenty of exercise on the trip; however the return involved almost 30 hours of plane/bus travel. We don't know whether to eat, sleep, or cry lol. Did sleep, ate a little, and felt all stiff and creaky. This workout was the perfect answer when I didn't have energy for anything else. It's nice to go, nice to be back, and nice to have a perfect SS workout to turn to!

Sadly, I have had to take a step back, although not altogether, due to some issues with pelvic prolapse! I am seeing a physical therapist and learning some new techniques. Would love to see some strength training videos that are safe for prolapse! I think many of your videos could be modified for it for sure! Thank you for this stretch exercise in your bathrobe!!!
