YES ! Always looking for short videos to stretch after I skate. This stretching video is amazing. Thanks for holding the stretches long enough for the muscle to relax. I love the figure 4 stretch while I am skating. Sometimes after long distance, my lower back starts to hurt and I just do the figure 4 while rolling and the pain is quickly gone and I can keep skating with enjoyment.

Did this stretch after one of your cardio strength training routines. What a nice stretch. Really appreciate your verbal cues regarding positioning. It seems you are watching me and know exactly what body positioning I need to correct. Thank you. I feel great and stretched. Questions: do you have suggestions for tummy (core) strengthening? Glad you like this one too! Core strength is so important! I have many ab/core videos but I personally prefer getting on the floor. Add in some more pilates to your workouts. Pilates is great for core strength. I would also make sure you are working your abs at least 3x a week. Add on a 10 minute ab workout (find them in my playlist section) to your workouts if they don't already include ab work.
