I just found you and I like your videos. Just one comment, the two videos I did felt a bit fast. Thanks.

I can't follow the inhale and exhale.... Its too fast, I can barely breathe but the stretching is good. Its quite fast but just do it with your own

Thank you for the awesome stretches.. but I find it hard to follow .. you’re a bit too fast .. I’m a beginner 😊slow down with the breathing and the switching position.. I have to put u on pause to do 10-15 reps then come back to u 😂.. but I love your class

I believe that is the idea. She is showing us the stretches, it's up to us to pause, breath, come back until eventually we don't need the video.

This is great I just thought it was kind a fast maybe because I just woke up. Also the music was louder than the voice. But really great video ❤

While the stretches themselves are helpful, this is just too fast to follow. A slower approach so your viewers can calmly follow with you would be helpful in future.

Why are all the movements so rushed? It didn’t feel relaxing at all. I couldn’t even get proper stretches. I had to follow another video after this

Hi!! I find your videos really helpful but I have to agree with another commenter that the pacing in this one was way too fast :( I feel like it would be a bit more helpful if you slowed down to do the breathing parts with us. Sometimes you would say “take 5-8 breaths here” and then immediately move on to change into the next position which was quite overstimulating for my nervous system and not a very relaxing experience. The stretches were great! But just wanted to pass on some feedback on how the videos can improve even more 🙏🏾

Take care of yourself. Anger is bad for your health. Try your hardest to stay calm.

Every emotion serves a purpose. Anger serves to give you energy to deal with frustration. See what frustrates you and then chanel anger into solving what troubles you. Seek advice of parents or people you trust. Good luck.
