I love you! I love your exercises and everything about you! You are so motivational and I am addicted to your exercises. I am 50 years old but I noticed that the videos you make can be for anyone and not just women over 50. They are low impact but yet so full of active and fun exercises. The time just slips away. Beautiful , this was my last routine for the day. I’ve done other stretches in here. This and the others are wonderful! I find them all energy -releasing. That is a gift. . I've been working out with you for about 14 weeks after falling into a routine of non-movement. Today I completed a 30-minute cardio, a 5-minute leg and butt, and this stretch routine. After each stretch I thought, Oh that feels so good, now I need to stretch my sides or my neck, etc., and then that's the next place this routine would take me. I've done your other stretches. First time for this one. Loved it and your beautiful calming voice. Now onto another one of your videos. The diversity and number of choices makes it so much easier to stay on track and motivated. Finding you has truly been a gift. Thank you! 💜

Hi, I have started stretching and exercising this week and I have been using your 5-minute stretch and standing stretch today. I am unable to get on the floor comfortably at the moment but I wanted to let you know I really enjoy these stretching exercises. I wish I was doing them all along. Today is day 5 and I got out of bed with less pain.
