It has been 4 years since I started Yoga. You have helped me so much physically and mentally getting my body and mind back being strong. I refuse to let Lupus and the other stuff I have going on win. I now practice a hour sometimes more everyday, my body loves it and craves yoga. Thank You!!

I spot us at the beginning! Thank you so much for including our footage, especially with that fantastic intro. I have depression and anxiety myself and your videos have helped me get through very dark and difficult times. When people ask me about yoga I tell them that it's not a cure for either of those things but it certainly helps reconnect with yourself and brings peace to loud, overworked minds. I'll start my day with this practice tomorrow to greet Spring. Much love to you!

When I started to do yoga my body was also stiff. I always say " just keep practicing and a little bit yoga is always better than no yoga " . I use to think a yoga was easy and it didn’t do anything to your body! The total opposite, lifting weights is a lot easier than yoga and yoga is much better for your body and I’m seeing a lot more changes from doing your yoga practice!

It’s hard to say for sure without seeing it, but make sure to keep your elbows no wider than your shoulders. As you press down onto your forearms, hands and elbows, lift up through your shoulders to put less pressure on your head and neck. Lift up through your lower belly and pelvic floor muscles, lift your sitting bones to heels and firm your legs like you’re holding a block between your inner thighs. Flex your ankles at the wall or if you’re moving away from it, extend through the balls of your feet. Try setting up a little bit away from the wall so it will catch you as needed. After you can balance there, you can turn away from it. It took me a long time to do it. Slow is real! Take your time and keep practicing ☺️
